I've received some unbelievably terrible service from this place. I've never done anything too excessive, the simple physical and flu shots here and there yet it's ALWAYS a big deal with them.

Every time I've made an appointment - and I mean EVERY time - they've informed me mere hours before the actual appointment that they've had to reschedule. This is an incredible inconvenience to me as I'm almost always busy with things to do throughout the day.

The nurses and the doctors I've spoken to have been mostly rude. On top of that the waiting room is a mess! How can you expect to be running a hospital without clean facilities? It's outrageous.
