Comment on Rosewood Medical Center - Houston, TX written by: Tracie Coleman 09/23/2012 9:01AM I gave birth to my son Deion Roy in 1993 at this hospital. My experience was a great one. The nursing staff made me feel less frightened and so welcomed . That being said I was hoping to find out how to go about getting my sons birth certificate. My copy was destroyed in a house fire and I currently live in Ohio. This makes it alittle difficult to just pop in and ask. If someone could please send me an email explaining how to go about this I would truly appreciate any help. Thank you for a wonderful visit many years ago.
