I tried to reschedule an appointment with them and all they would do is tell me that I can't, and when I try to negotiate with them all they do is talk down to me like they know better and I should just be quiet and accept my appointment. This is not okay.

I'm not even going to bother canceling my appointment, I don't want to show up or speak to any of your people again.
