Comment on Fairmont Community Hospital - Fairmont, MN written by: Rita S. 12/15/2011 4:07PM I had to take my son to the E R the other day because he had a fever of 104 and he's just 6 months old! It was a very scary moment for me because he's my world. Any way the nurses were very accommodating and they reassured me that my baby was going to be fine. I was in there about an hour and a half they did what they had to do and gave my son medicine within 30 minutes his fever had gone down to 101. Turns out he had gotten a virus that was not dangerous. I was sent home and told if he didn't get any better to take him right back.
