To Who it may concern,
I was a patient of yours in the Long-ford care unit in the summer month's of 1997
I need those record's in order to prove my where about .Meaning I was your patient and yet falsely prosecuted. In order for an attorney to work with me on my case I need those record's. Any one who has worked under the name of Sherry Greene would have that prove.At that time other patient's were Tim Knapp who may have only been there as part of the conspiracy against me.
