This hospital is a mickey mouse operation. Alpha Care is staffed by teenagers and rude staff. The wait in ER is sooo long, wont be seen until your on death bed. Nurses in ER are run down, overworked and forgot why they got in the business to start with (HELP PEOPLE!). Patients are treated poorly and staff forgets customer servcie training and being empathetic to patients needs, desires, concerns and nerves. Worst hospital in North-East Kansas!
