The Health Department does not have a record of him, but on family documents he is listed as being born in Washington, Indiana. Do you know how I may find his birth records.
Frank Earl Kennett or Kinnett Born July 6, 1892 or 1893 to parents Frank Kennett or Kinnett and the mother that is listed on his death certificate is Catherine Daugherty. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
