I WAS WANTING TO KNOW IF I CAN STILL GET A COPY OF MY RECORDS.

I need to know if you would still be holding his records. His Date of Birth is: 9/27/1977. I am helping him file a disability claim and i need to know if the atty acting on his behalf will still be able to get copies of his records. We are trying to speed the process up. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
