Hi!
My name is Michele Bland and I am Andrea Sherwin's caregiver. She was a patient at the east campus last week. She was tranferred back to the main hospital in an emergency situation. Her wheelchair and personal effects are still At the east campus. Please email me and let me know how to retrieve them.
