My name is Aiman Latif. In 1990 I was seen by a pulmonary specialist name Dr. Shariat Kharoosh. He performed, X-rays, CT Scans and several other tests on me. He also had a record of my height, weight and health condition at that time. I need all those records and I want Alexian brother hospital to send a copy of those records to Contra Costa County hospitals also. So my dr. there can see the changes in the condition of my lungs to determine the appropriate treatment. I guess at that time I was 96 lbs and my height was 5 feet 6 inches. I have gained 14 lbs since then, I am 110 now but I want all this information sent to me either via email or a regular mail ASAP. I have sent you guys several requests before and never heard back from you guys. If you Dr. Shariat Kharoos is no longer with the hospital then please contact Dr. Fiaz Asghar, cardiologist, he was a close friend of him and he referred me to him. He might be able to guide you where to find my records.
