Comment on Warner Brown Hospital - El Dorado, AR written by: Mary H. 08/03/2012 7:31PM I was born in your hospital September 2, 1950 to John Allen Neal and Cleo (Dupree) Neal. When I went to the Dept of Health to get a copy of my birth certificate only to have them tell me I didn't have a birth certificate. Two siblings also born at your hospital, Peggy Lou Neal and Jerry Dean Neal, were listed. My question to you is can your records department help me to see if you have a copy of my birth certificate? I would be forever grateful as waiting on the SSA in Baltimore, Md to return a request for a Numident or Extract which they have had for nearly two months will not return my calls. I need to file for my social security and cannot do so without my birth certificate. Thank you so much for any assistance you can provide. Sincerely, Corinne Harris

I need a copy of his death certificate and can't get any information on how to get one. I thought he was in your hospital.
