I was a patient in your hospital in May, 1966 and gave birth on the 12th, 50 years ago tomorrow. My son was named: Michael Edwin Foree, weighed 4 lb, 10 oz. and was in nursery 15 days, his pediatrician Dr. Donald Craig, father is : Charles Foree, and we were residents in Lubbock at his birth.. His blood type is not recorded on his birth certificate. He now has a health problem and may need a transfusion, and my inquiry is that do you have his type in archive and willing to release that to me for him? My Soc. sec. nr is 449 70 4030, address 2956 Gary Brewer Road in Snyder, TX 79549, and would appreciate a response, or connect me to the right department for the information needed.
